Telephone Banking

With telephone banking, your Castle Rock Bank account information is only a phone call away. Using your touch-tone phone, you can access your checking and savings accounts, CDs, and loans 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

Just dial 303-688-5052 and after a brief introduction, you will be asked if you are a new or existing user. New users will be guided through setting up a password. Existing users will be asked to choose one of three main menus; Option 1 for checking and savings accounts, Option 2 for loans or Option 3 for CDs.

After making that choice you will be asked to your account number and password.

For checking and savings accounts, you can:

  • 1. Check account balances;
  • 2. Transfer funds between accounts and make loan payments;
  • 3. Verify deposits and withdrawals;
  • 4. Search for an item by check number or amount;
  • 5. Check account interest, if available.

For loans you will be able to:

  • 1. Check loan balances and make loan payments;
  • 2. Access the most recent payment date and amount;
  • 3. Find the next payment due-date and amount;
  • 4. Find out the interest paid for this year and last year.

For CDs you’ll have these options:

  • 1. Check balances;
  • 2. Find the total interest accrued for this year and last year;
  • 3. Check the most recent interest accrual date and amount;
  • 4. Check the maturity date and rate information.

Funds transfer and loan payment is easy. You simply enter the “to” and “from” accounts, the amount, and you will get a confirmation that the transfer will be completed at the end of the next business day.

You also will be able to change your password. All menus allow you to “step back” to the start of that menu or to the main menu.
